If you’re a cash buyer, we’ll dive right into the process and start searching.
SEARCH
There are several ways to find your dream home. My website offers advanced tools to help you explore homes by neighborhood, lifestyle, school district, or specific property features. I can also send you tailored listings that meet your criteria. For added convenience, you can save searches and receive alerts when new properties that match your wishlist hit the market. BOOTS ON THE GROUND
When it’s time to view properties, I’ll personally show you the homes or new construction communities you’re interested in. Can’t make it in person? No problem—I offer FaceTime tours and utilize drone footage to give you a comprehensive view of home sites or lots, even from afar.
WRITE AN OFFER
Once you’re ready to make an offer, I’ll draft and present it to the seller on your behalf. If the seller counters or rejects the offer, I’ll guide you through every step and explain your options. Negotiating and handling all communication is my specialty, so you can feel confident in the process. Once the offer is accepted, we’ll move forward with securing financing or preparing for the next steps.
INSPECTIONS / APPRAISALS
Inspections and appraisals are crucial to ensure your investment is sound. The appraisal confirms the property’s value aligns with its condition, while the inspection identifies any issues with the home. I’ll recommend trusted inspectors and guide you through the results. If needed, we can renegotiate based on the findings to ensure you’re making the best decision.
CLOSING
When it’s time to close, I’ll connect you with a reliable real estate attorney or title company to finalize all paperwork. Once everything is signed, the keys to your new home are yours!
